Return and Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by submitting a return or cancellation request through your account order page before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning Items

Once you have submitted your request, please return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
